Two men were shot in Oakland Wednesday but police are still trying to determine where one shooting actually happened.
OAKLAND — Two men were shot in Oakland within eight hours Wednesday, but police are still not exactly sure where one of the shootings happened, authorities said.
But police could not find any evidence of a shooting at that site, including any video or gunshot detection alerts. The other shooting, that left a 38-year-old man wounded, happened about 9:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 9700 block of International Boulevard in East Oakland. Police have not yet said what the dispute that prompted the shooting was about.
