) by 15th and Jefferson, there were two ice cream/food trucks parked squarely in the protected bike lane. Then another food truck came up behind the parked trucks in the bike lane, laying on the horn. He blocked the pedestrian crosswalk with his truck and actually bumped the food truck in front of him multiple times in attempts to move them out.
He briefly made space for pedestrians with a “walk” sign, but then started moving his truck forward *into pedestrians* actively crossing the crosswalk. I went over and yelled at the guy that he could kill someone. He obviously didn’t care, as he had a beef to pick with the other two truck operators, and they all started yelling at each other. At one point, one driver was blocking both bike lanes AND a full lane on 15th. Other food trucks were driving erratically nearby, as clearly they all know each other, as they all seemed to know each other.
