SAN ANTONIO - The Bexar County Sheriff's Office arrested two wanted fugitives allegedly linked to multiple crimes in the area. According to an official Facebook post Sunday, on Sep. 26, BCSO obtained two arrest warrants for Santana Ayala and Albert Ramirez for theft of a trailer and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Covert units tracked Ayala, who was wearing a GPS monitor, to the city's South Side where he was apprehended without incident. During this arrest, deputies obtained information about Ramirez's location, which happened to be in the same area.Investigators went into Ramirez's home and conducted a search. That search revealed a white Mercedes linked to a hit and run and a brown safe associated with a previous police chase.
