Dylan Rowan and Lewis Murray have developed Grow Bro, a software that helps small businesses manage their websites, bookings, social media output, and invoices effectively. They aim to make a difference for businesses and wider society in Northern Ireland.

Dylan Rowan and Lewis Murray started thinking about getting into social media marketing three years ago when they were both just 17-years-old, wanting to come up with a cheap and effective way for small businesses to manage their online output.

Speaking to Belfast Live about the venture, Lewis said they've been overwhelmed with the support they've received so far, and that they hope to help make a difference for businesses and wider society in Northern Ireland. "I remember looking around at software and seeing there's single ones that do some of the things we do, and we were like, how can we put this all together? But then we were thinking, how can we make it even better than that?

"I remember when we were trying to get a marketing plan together and we got our very first client - my barbers. I told them about it and they said they would take us on, I remember the feeling from that. It was unbelievable, but it just gets better and better." "We stayed up all night that night trying to reply to people and get everything sorted for the next day. It was just crazy, it was an amazing feeling."

"It has a social media planner so they can go on and upload a photo, put in the caption, hit post and it'll upload to all their social medias at the same time. Whenever people sign up they get a course to help learn how to use the software, and a bit about social media too so they're not going in blind."
