TWO people are due to appear in court after a firearm and £65,000 worth of drugs was seized by cops.
The discovery comes after police searched a property and vehicle in Bishopton on the evening of Thursday, Mach 21 as part of an operation.Officers also found the firearm and a six-figure sum of cash.
A 57-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman have been arrested and charged in connection with the find.Detective Inspector Gordon Smith said:"This seizure highlights our continuing efforts to disrupt supply routes and protect those in our communities affected by the illicit drug trade.
