SAN ANTONIO - Detectives are still trying to figure out who should be charged after a 5-year-old girl was found in a car, that was towed Monday.The child's mother told police she left the car running and was watching it from a distance when a tow truck swept in and towed it.
The company tells us they stand by the tow truck driver and his account of what happened. San Antonio Police are investigating the case as 'child endangerment'. “We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of business ethics and train our drivers to adhere to state regulations at all times,” said the company in a statement. “We are working to assist the San Antonio Police Department’s investigation into yesterday’s chain of events and are providing photos and additional witness information.”
