Two people were killed and another two wounded in a shooting Saturday evening at a Plainfield hotel.
Plainfield police responded to reports of shots fired at the White House Suites in the 2600 block of East Main Street around 9:25 p.m.
When police arrived, they found"multiple victims wounded," according to a news release from the Plainfield Police Department. One person was pronounced dead at the scene. Two of the wounded were transported to Eskenazi Hospital, and another was transported to Methodist Hospital. One of the two people brought to Eskenazi later died of their wounds.
