NSTnation Two children among three killed in three-vehicle crash Sarawak
The three other victims, including a baby, inside the car were seriously injured in the 2pm incident today.
Sarawak State Fire and Rescue Department assistant operations director Tiong Ling Hii said after getting the emergency all at 2.12pm, the department immediately deployed a fire engine and seven firefighters from the Sri Aman Fire Station to the scene. Tiong said the fire and rescue team had to use a bulldozer from the Pan Borneo Highway construction company to move the tow truck that was crushing the car, and also used rescue tool to extricate all the trapped victims.
