Hertfordshire Constabulary appealed for witnesses and CCTV footage after a car was deliberately set on fire in Paxton Court, off Manor Way, on April 21.Police described their suspect as a white man of a large build, wearing jeans and a hoodie.
PC Kim Aylward-Jones said: “I’d like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious, or who caught anything unusual on CCTV." Information can be reported by email to [email protected] or by calling 101 quoting crime reference 41/32031/23.
