Thick smoke rose high into the Melbourne skyline on Thursday afternoon as firefighters tackled a blaze in Southbank.A 13-year-old and 15-year-old from Little River and Safety Beach were arrested by police at Southern Cross Station. “ currently assisting investigators with their inquiries in relation to arson and other matters,” Victoria Police said.Clarendon St between City Rd and Whiteman St on the west side will remain closed until the area is deemed safe.
