OAKLAND — Two adults and two teens have been charged in connection with a Feb. 19 shootout where dozens of shots were fired and five people were injured, prosecutors announced Friday.
The juvenile suspects haven’t been named, nor have authorities said what charges were filed against them. The preliminary hearing for Johnson and Smiley — where a judge will review prosecution evidence and determine if it is sufficient to keep the charges — has been set for May 15, court records show.
