A search of the U.S. patent and trademark database revealed Kimono Intimates, Inc. filed an application for a specific design of the word,Kardashian launched her shapewear after tiring of cutting up and modifying other brands to meet her needs. The undergarments are designed to flatteringly sculpt, smooth or lift the wearer’s body.
Kardashian has previously been accused of cultural appropriation for wearing Fulani braids, an Indian headpiece and what a large number of people interpreted as blackface,
