Shirilla has been slammed for showing no remorse for the murders. Footage depicts the convicted killer crying and laying flowers at Russo’s grave while wearing a neckbrace shortly after the crash — as an AI-generated voiceover says the public thinks “that Mackenzie Shirilla showed no remorse and no sadness after the car accident.
”Another portion of the video shows Shirilla pouring beer into a glass with the caption “sippin 4 you. ”A still frame photo also depicts her smelling a shirt with the caption, “I found one of his shirts.
