Dalam laman webnya kelmarin, CGTN memilih Hisham antara doktor terbaik di dunia kerana pendekatannya berterus terang dan tenang dalam mengendalikan Covid-19 di Malaysia. “Setiap kali saya melihat Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan, Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, saya merasa yakin. Beliau menjadi tempat bergantung bagi ramai rakyat Malaysia,” menurut CGTN yang memetik wartawan portal tempatan sebagai berkata, sambil menambah Hisham juga “mempunyai wajah dipercayai”.
