According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the incident took place around 9:15 p.m. at the 5800 block of Uvalde Road.Chambers County man arrested after killing pedestrian while driving recklessly, using phone The victim, identified as 20-year-old Peralta, was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot. Emergency responders transported Peralta to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
McDowell, known for his roles in TV shows and movies, including “David Makes Man” and “The Astronaut Wives Club,” was taken into custody and booked into the Harris County Jail. His bond is set at $400,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on August 5.The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the HCSO Homicide Unit at 713-274-9100.
