UPDATE: Following the capture of at least 18 terrorists in northern Syria, Turkish security forces caught six more trying to infiltrate Türkiye from Greece and Syria

Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar chaired the country's latest cross-border operation against the PKK/YPG, Claw-Sword, which was launched on November 20.

Separately, five YPG/PKK terrorists, who were sent to Jarablus for plotting a terror attack, were also arrested by security forces. "In the examination, it was determined that 5 of the individuals were members of FETO and one was a member of the PKK/PYD terrorist organisations" a ministry statement said.In 2013, Türkiye became one of the first countries to declare Daesh a terrorist group.
