Ankara will add Mohammed Dahlan to its most-wanted criminals list with a $700,000 bounty, accusing him of supporting the Fetullah Terrorist Organisation’s 2016 coup attempt in Turkey

The list is divided into five colour-coded categories, with red flagging the most wanted, followed by blue, green, orange and grey, depending on the level of threat they pose to Turkey's national security., Dahlan played a role in the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi at Saudi Arabia's consulate in Istanbul last year.
Currently, Dahlan is one of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan , the crown prince of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi's, aides. Dahlan, 58, was sentenced in absentia to three years in prison in 2016 by a Palestinian court for corruption, and ordered to repay $16 million, according to his lawyers.
