Southern California is going to have similar conditions all week: cool, cloudy mornings, followed by the sun bringing warmups by the afternoon. On Tuesday, Los Angeles and Orange counties will see clouds in the morning, with a high of 73 degrees by afternoon. Conditions are expected to remain similar all week.
