Tucker Carlson has had a few choice words for recently elected House Speaker Mike Johnson over his support for giving aid to Israel.On Thursday night, the House passed a proposal by Johnson that pairs $14.3 billion in emergency funding for Israel with $14.3 billion in cuts to the Internal Revenue Service . The measure passed 226-196, largely along party lines, with most Republicans supporting the bill and most Democrats objecting.
'He then talked about people saying that he supports Hamas due to his belief that aid to Israel should not be prioritized. He said that 'of course I am not for Hamas, at all. I'm for America, actually. I shouldn't even have to answer that question.'Carlson added that whichever side he supports in the ongoing conflict that has killed thousands of people is irrelevant, saying that he is 'for America' first and foremost.
