London Underground drivers will strike in April and May.
Tube drivers' union Aslef today dealt a blow to Sadiq Khan's election campaign by announcing a strike ahead of polling day.
A second strike is planned for Saturday May 4th - the day the results of the mayoral election are due to be announced. Aslef London Underground organiser Finn Brennan said: "Despite a previous commitment to withdraw plans for massive changes to drivers’ working conditions, London Underground management has established a full-time team of managers preparing to impose their plans.
