'Nowadays, businesses seem to increasingly prioritise profits over customer satisfaction. Therefore, it’s essential to acknowledge those that have good business ethics.' - Letter from Matsalleh
I WOULD like to share an experience I recently had at a clinic in Rawang, Selangor. During my last visit there with my mother, I received a bill of RM110. I had a fleeting thought that it was a bit high compared with what I usually pay, but I decided not to make a fuss since my mother was satisfied with the treatment.
However, the clinic surprised me the next day by calling to inform me of an error in their system, and saying they wanted to refund me RM30, which was done almost immediately.
