State and local officials are pleading for more aid during the coronavirus crisis.
President Trump suggested Tuesday that more federal bailout money for states and municipalities struggling through the coronavirus crisis could be tied to their sanctuary city policies, and that such bailouts would be “unfair” to those states that have managed their budgets well.
