Trump questioned Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s physical and mental health, a common refrain, calling the former vice president “half competent and heading south rapidly.” Trump also sought to frame Biden as a sinister operator, saying the “only way” Biden could win is if he does “very bad things,” and encouraging supporters to “go be poll watchers” to “watch all the thieving and stealing and robbing they do." Trump also took aim at Sen.
