House Democrats seek details of a still-secret complaint against Donald Trump filed by a member of the intelligence community.
WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump said Friday it"doesn't matter" if he asked the government of Ukraine to investigate Democratic opponent Joe Biden and that it should be done anyway.
Asked whether he discussed Biden in this conversation, Trump said:"It doesn’t matter what I discussed." Meanwhile, the Ukraine government announced that its president, Volodymyr Zelensky, will meet with Trump next week at the United Nations. Earlier this month, Schiff and two other Democratic House committee chairs asked the administration for a transcript of the Trump-Zelensky call. They reference news reports that Trump or his allies are urging Ukraine to investigate the business dealings of Biden's son Hunter.
