He continued, 'Kultida Woods was an amazing influence on Tiger, and gave him much of his strength and brilliance.

Trump previously honored Woods with the Presidential Medal of Freedom during his first term, and Kultida Woods was present at the White House ceremony for the award. She met his father, Earl Woods, while he was serving in the military in Thailand. Tiger, whose full name is Eldrick Tont Woods, was named after both his parents - Eldrick starting with an 'E' for Earl and ending with a 'K' for Kultida.
