after an individual they came into contact with at a recent political conference tested positive for coronavirus. , Trump shook hands with American Conservative Union chairman Matt Schlapp at the conference— who several days prior. Representative Doug Collins is another Republican lawmaker who entered quarantine this week. Trump shook hands with Collins Friday during his visit to the CDC.
