The House's January 6 committee has not yet decided whether it will ask the former president or Mike Pence to testify as part of its probe.

Chief strategist , chief of staff Mark Meadows, trade adviser Peter Navarro and deputy chief of staff Dan Scavino have all been held in contempt of Congress.
