A member of former President Donald Trump's legal team revealed on Tuesday why no one should be concerned about the possibility of the former president going to jail.
The comment comes after Trump was slapped with a $10,000 fine for violating a gag order by insulting and threatening the judge’s staff in his New York business fraud case. He could also face fines, or even jail time if he violates a second gag order related to his criminal federal election interference case, according to former White House attorney Ty Cobb.
