In contrast, Moore told host Norah O’Donnell that Democrats too often fall into the trap of offering lengthy bureaucratic approaches to issues voters want solved immediately. “Donald Trump did not need an analysis to decide that he was going to rip away food assistance for the people of our state. Donald Trump did not need a five-year study to determine that he was going to deploy federal agents inside of our communities and neighborhoods with no accountability,” he said. “If I’m telling you that, ‘You know what? I feel like housing prices are just going out of control,’ I don’t want you to tell me, ‘So let me figure out how we can do an analysis, a 10-year analysis about how we can build more housing.’ No, what I need you to do is build more housing now,” Moore continued. “Everything cannot be a 10-year study. Everything cannot be a 15-year analysis.”“I’m not running for president,” Moore said. “I don’t see a reason … I love my job, and I love what I’m doing.”
