We learned today that Cohen will be prosecutors' final witness, we may get more insight into who the defense may call during a scheduled hearing on Thursday afternoon.There is no court tomorrow. On Thursday, Cohen will return to the stand for continued cross-examination. Blanche believes he will be done by Thursday. There is also no court Friday for Trump's son's high school graduation.

Trump attorney Todd Blanche asks Michael Cohen if his podcast topped 10 million downloads one year after he started it."I think it was more but yes," Cohen answers. Blanche asks Cohen about the positive things he said about Trump in 2016 and if he was being truthful. Blanche asks why he would say"probably" then."I don't specifically know if I used those words," Cohen responds. When asked again, Cohen says,"I'd like to see accountability. It's not for me. It's for the jury."

When Trump attorney Todd Blanche was showing him an exhibit on the screen, Cohen looked around telling him,"It disappeared from my screen." Cohen pushes back on Blanche when asked if he's been following the trial on CNN or MSNBC, saying he watches those networks for other news and the trial happens to come up.

Trump is slumped in his chair with his eyes closed."While I was on home confinement, I started my podcast Mea Culpa," he says. He confirms he talks about Trump on it and makes money from it. He also talks about writingHe says he invited Stormy Daniels onto his podcast. It was the first time he spoke to her. He felt it was time"to apologize.

"Justice Merchan properly determined that petitioner's public statements posed a significant threat to the integrity of the testimony of witnesses and potential witnesses in this case as well," the ruling reads in part. Cohen confirms that he testified before the grand jury. He agrees that he, like every witness in New York, automatically receives immunity for doing so.

"I made a decision, again based on my conversation with my family, I would not lie for President Trump any longer," Cohen says."To ensure the story would not come out, would not affect Mr. Trump's chances of becoming POTUS," Cohen answers. "It seems clear to me that you are under the impression that Trump and Giuliani are trying to discredit you and throw you under the bus to use your phrase," Costello responds."I think you are wrong because you are believing the narrative promoted by the left wing media."

Michael Cohen is back on the stand. Prosecutor Susan Hoffinger is asking Cohen questions about criminal defense attorney Robert Castello. Other messages in the email from Costello to Cohen:"Sleep well tonight, you have friends in high places."Cohen turns to the jury to tell them that throughout these emails, including another one from June 2018 where Costello was"demonstrating his close proximate relationship with Giuliani," he still had yet to retain Costello as his attorney.

Michael Cohen recalls being raided by the FBI,"How to describe your life being turned upside down... concerned, despondent, angry." While counsels are talking with judge at bench, North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum—who has been paying close attention to the trial—is whispering with Vivek Ramaswamy. Trump attorney Todd Blanche objects to Hoffinger's question about who benefitted from the joint defense agreement that Trump was part of. This is the first sidebar in Cohen's testimony, so far, there have been few objections from the defense. He calls it"misleading," saying the statement didn't state Trump himself or his trust account. He says he intended it for it to be misleading to protect Trump and to"demonstrate my continued loyalty."

House Speaker Mike Johnson is delivering remarks outside of the Manhattan Criminal Courthouse where former President Donald Trump's trial is underway. Michael Cohen is back on the stand for a second day of testimony. Prosecutors are still questioning the former Trump attorney and fixer; Trump's team could cross-examine Cohen as soon as today.While in the Oval Office, Trump asked Cohen if he needed money, Cohen answered no. Trump told him to"deal with Allen " and that a check for Jan. and Feb. was forthcoming.
