President Donald Trump on Tuesday signed a new executive order, which he said he named 'PRESERVING AND PROTECTING THE INTEGRITY OF AMERICAN ELECTIONS.'
It requires prospective voters to provide proof of citizenship like a U.S. passport, military identification, or government-issued photo identification, in order to register to vote.The executive order also seeks to prevent foreign nationals from contributing or donating in U.
