Another point the Trump campaign discussed is how Biden and Harris are similar — with approval rating and alleged incoherence. Biden has a net unfavorable rating, 56.6%-39.1%, for a margin of -17.5%, With the alleged incoherence Harris shares with Biden, the Trump campaign pointed to Harris’s 2022 remarks when she talked about the significance of the passage of time. “The governor and I and we were all doing a tour of the library here and talking about the significance of the passage of time.
