President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden will appear in town hall forums Thursday night at the same time on different television networks, an unusual arrangement after a planned debate was canceled.
NBC News said Wednesday it will host Mr. Trump for an 8 p.m. event in Miami, following a report from the president’s physician that he isn’t contagious after being treated for Covid-19. That is the same time Mr. Biden will appear in an ABC News forum in Philadelphia.
