Trump called Good 'BAD FOR VIRGINIA, AND BAD FOR THE USA.'

Ron DeSantis in the presidential primary, with his later embrace of Trump doing little to get him back in the former president's good graces.: Trump called Good "BAD FOR VIRGINIA, AND BAD FOR THE USA, in a Truth Social post.
"He turned his back on our incredible movement, and was constantly attacking and fighting me until recently, when he gave a warm and 'loving' Endorsement - But really, it was too late," Trump added. Trump described McGuire as "a true American Hero," who "fought the Cartels on the Front Line, and then came home and fought the drug dealers in Virginia, will ALWAYS PUT AMERICA FIRST."An array of critics, including former Speaker Kevin McCarthy , Trump allies and moderate outside groups have been spending heavily against Good, who voted to oust McCarthy in October.
Good, meanwhile, has picked up endorsements from staunch conservatives, including Rep. Matt Gaetz and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene The primary winner will have an edge in November in the Republican-leaning district, which Trump won by 4.5 percentage points in 2020. But here's a dynamic to watch: Good outperformed Trump there four years ago, winning the district by 5.2 points.Share on linkedin
