Mike Kelly, head of the Task Force on the Attempted Assassination of Donald Trump, told 'America's Newsroom.' 'These folks are burned out.

The suspected would-be assassin appeared at the Paul G. Rogers Federal Building U.S. Courthouse on Monday morning.
