Jean Carroll with no way to continue the suit. In a suit filed in November, Ms. Carroll, a New York writer and journalist, said the president lied and defamed her when he denied raping her in a department-store dressing room in the 1990s. The suit was filed in New York state court against Mr. Trump in his personal capacity....
