Troye Sivan revealed that Ariana Grande was the first “genuine” celebrity friend he made in the business. In a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Sivan sat down alongside country music legend Reba McEntire and the pair answered rapid-fire questions. “Troye, who was the first celebrity you became genuine friends with?” Cohen asked. Sivan contemplated for a few moments before saying, “Genuine friends like would see them often and stuff like that? Probably Ariana.
” Grande made TIME magazine's list of “100 Most Influential People” in 2019 and Sivan wrote the essay honoring her work and calling her “a force” who is “breaking all the rules.” “Through just about the craziest storms and whirlwinds I can imagine, Ariana Grande remains the most real person I’ve met,” Sivan wrote.
