have been patiently waiting for the star to unveil his next project — and it looks like the wait is over.. Set to be released on August 21, the six song"concept EP" will be the singer's first since he released his 2018 album“A story that’s still unfolding, this small collection of songs explores an emotional rollercoaster period in my life when the feelings and thoughts were most shockingly fresh,” Sivan said of the project in a statement.
." With '80s-twinged production and Sivan's classic laid-back delivery,"Easy" follows the star as he examines a crumbling relationship, begging his lover to give their relationship a second chance."This house is on fire/ Burning the tears right off my face," he sings."What the hell did we do?/ Tell me we’ll make it through."
The new song comes after a series of teasers Sivan posted on his Instagram, including a series of video clips of himself singing along with the song. The teasers were from the"Easy" follows the release of the song"Take Yourself Home," which will also appear on the EP.
