TRNSMT 2023 LIVE updates from final day as The 1975 set to perform

It's the final day of TRNSMT and thousands are already gearing up for what is expected to be a brilliant day of music.

According to the BBC, the weather looks set to hold until mid afternoon, but there is a threat of thunderstorms as the day progresses, so be sure to keep your wellies to hand. Fans of The 1975 are already buzzing and with Royal Blood and Becky Hill also on the bill of top performers, there is plenty to look forward to, despite the gloomy weather outlook

If you are heading along today don't forget your ID because this year's festival is strictly for over 16s. Stewards are operating a challenge 25 policy, so they will be asking for proof of age. YoungScot cards will be accepted but the PASS hologram mustn't be faded as it’ll not be accepted.
