Police seized a P1.2 million worth of shabu from a tricycle driver during a buy-bust operation in Dumangas town in Iloilo province on Wednesday, Dec. 28.
ILOILO CITY –- Camus allegedly sold one sachet of shabu to an undercover cop in Sapao village last Wednesday, December 28, in an operation by PRO-6’s Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit and the Dumangas Municipal Police Station.Originally from Bacolod City, Camus has been operating in Negros Occidental province. He also served as drug courier for a major supplier that sends illegal drugs to Panay Island.
Camus has been charged for violating Republic Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. Meanwhile, PRO-6 assures that it will not stop its anti-drug operations even as the New Year approaches.
