A former teacher wrote: "So so sad to hear this tragic news. I taught Sophie in Primary 3, she was a lovely, kind girl. Sending my heartfelt condolences to her family."
While a bus driver said: "ill miss you getting on my bus and having a laugh and your cheeky wee smile ill always remember you and keep the xmas card you gave me it was a pleasure being your favourite driver and getting you home safely. "Im still looking at the bus stop every night hoping ill see you there waiting on me until we meet again ... rest in peace sophie my wee pal xxx
