Jack McCoy was a key player in the Moneyglass team which won the Antrim Intermediate Football Championship in 2020 and the Division Two crown in 2022
Tributes have poured in for a talented GAA player from Co Antrim following his sudden death on Sunday.
His father Oliver is a cousin of legendary jockey AP McCoy, who is originally from Moneyglass and has strong connections to the St Ergnat's club. The Antrim County Board paid their respects to the 23-year-old on social media, posting: “CLG Aontroma would like to extend our sincere condolences to the McCoy family on the sad and shocking passing of Senior Footballer Jack McCoy.
