Trevor Bauer is facing another accusation of sexual assault, this time from an Arizona woman who is suing the ex-Dodgers pitcher for $3.7 million.

The Arizona woman is also seeking an “apology to any women the defendant has sexually humiliated and abused against their consent.” She said in the filing, according to USA Today, that Bauer said he would not maintain any relationship with her if she had the baby. MLB commissioner Rob Manfred suspended Bauer last year for violating the league’s domestic violence and sexual assault policy after a San Diego woman claimed he beat and sexually abused her in 2021., the right-hander was cut by the Dodgers in January.
