Treveri Cellars, a Washington state winery, discusses its focus on organic farming and sustainable practices. The winery, owned by the Grieb family, produces a wide array of sparkling wines, including unique varietals.

Treveri Cellars, located near Yakima, Washington, is open seven days a week. Several of its wines are also available through Fine Wine & Good Spirits. Since its opening, Treveri wine has been served at White House State Department receptions and the James Beard Foundation in New York. Founded and owned by the Grieb family, it produces a wide array of sparkling wines, including non-traditional varieties such as Riesling and Mueller-Thurgau.

Treveri largely focuses on 100% varietal sparkling wines and is also launching a reserve tier of sparkling wine, available only to club members who receive three shipments of wine during a calendar year. Scenic views of Mt. Adams and the Yakima Valley are just part of what you’ll find if you visit the tasting room in Wapato, Washington, south of Yakima. You can’t make a great wine out of bad grapes, and you also can’t farm poorly for years and expect good outputs. The move to care of the “whole plant” which results to care of the “whole product” has become part of our ethos. This has spilled out into other areas of business, including a full recycling program at the winery for our waste, eco weight glass which leaves less of a carbon footprint, natural cork which removes carbon from the atmosphere, our approach has become full encompassing
