Travis Hunter, the newly crowned Heisman Trophy winner, paid homage to rapper Lil Wayne at the trophy ceremony.
Travis Hunter was already this season's most decorated college football player even before Saturday. Now he's added the sport's most prestigious award, the Heisman Trophy.
When I get to that TRX and I blast that music, I'm listening to Wayne.' Hunter then broke out his impression of the rapper, while singing part of '6 Foot 7 Foot' from Lil Wayne's 2011 multi-platinum album 'Tha Carter IV.' 'That my song,' Hunter exclaimed, while the crowd laughed with approval. 'I respect you for coming out here and coming to support me,' Hunter added.
