ASHDOD, Israel — Twice on Monday, aid workers said, the Israeli military ordered the administrators of the Al-Quds Hospital in northern Gaza to immediately evacuate the facility where thousands of civilians are taking shelter from the war against Hamas. That message was reinforced by airstrikes, some of which they said struck less that 200 feet from the facility packed with terrified Palestinians along its corridors, as medical staff continues to treat approximately 400 patients.
