“Ang sabi nila, may kaunting budget. Sana mailabas kaagad ito. At sana kung naririnig tayo ng mga mambabatas lalo na ng Senado at Kongreso, sila naman ay may karapatan mag-budget sa ganito para matulungan ang mga ka-tsuperan,” he said.The Department of Budget and Management also said Thursday itfor fuel subsidies for PUV operators and drivers under the Department of Transportation’s proposed budget.
“Dapat iba ang subsidy sa operator dahil sa mataas na presyo ng piyesa, at dapat iba rin ang subsidy sa mga driver na siyang pangunahing talaga nagkakarga at naaapektuhan ng pagtaas ng presyo ng petrolyo,” he said.
