As of 2:12 p.m., UTA officials said all trains have resumed their regular schedules with some delays still expected. It was initially reported that the incident was impacting the southbound FrontRunner track between Murray Central and Provo Central including all stops in between. By 7 a.m., the FrontRunner was experiencing delays in both directions between the Salt Lake Central and Provo Central stations.

A bus bridge was implemented between the Salt Lake Central and Provo Central stations shortly after 7 a.m. to aid traffic flow. The bridge was canceled by 10 a.m. By 11:30 a.m., authorities advised travelers to continue to expect FrontRunner delays in both directions as trains resume normal service.----------------------------------
