Doesn't matter if your phone battery is flat at all lol MyJPJ TechNave

Just last Friday, the Malaysian Government launched and implemented Digital Motor Vehicle License and Digital Private Malaysian Driving License via the MyJPJ app and JPJ Public Portal platform. Many Malaysians had since then voiced their opinions on the app, as well as some jokes about having a flat battery on the phone if the police asked for a digital license.

While it's funny from a meme's perspective, the Traffic Enforcement and Investigation Department had already got that covered. You see, the JSPT is provided with Mobile Compound Online Payment System equipment that already can check your vehicle and identification number. With that, the enforcement can still be done through their own JPJ mySikap or QR code scanner.

In case you were out of the loop, the initiative was announced by Transport Minister Anthony Loke in an effort to alleviate the inconvenience of the people while dealing at the JPJ counters. The implementation focus for Phase 1 will be on private vehicles only starting 10 February 2023, then followed by other vehicle categories in the near future.

You can visit the MyJPJ app at your Apple App, the Google Play Store or the Huawei AppGallery here. Stay tuned for more trending tech news at TechNave.com.
