KOTA BHARU : Konsortium E-Mutiara Bhd memperkenalkan sistem Track My Bus dalam usaha membantu penumpang menjejaki lokasi serta kedudukan bas ekspres yang mereka naiki.

Menurutnya, situasi tersebut bertambah rumit setiap kali menjelang Aidilfitri apabila pusat operasi E-Mutiara sesak dengan panggilan pelanggan yang mahu mengetahui keberadaan bas. “Bagi mereka yang membeli tiket secara dalam talian pula boleh terus ke pautan track.e.mutiara.com dan memasukkan nombor tiket,”katanya ketika dihubungi di sini hari ini.
